Iranian legal scholar and criminologist Prof. Dr. Hassan Mohammadi Nevisi has been ranked No. 1 in the International Research Foundation of Law and Criminology (IRFLC)’s Top 10 Criminologists of 2026, according to the Foundation’s official ranking.
