Joint Postdoctoral Fellowship Program in Law or Criminology

 

Pasargad International University, in collaboration with the International Research Foundation of Law and Criminology (IRFLC), is pleased to announce the Joint Postdoctoral Fellowship Program in Law and Criminology. This distinguished international academic initiative has been established to provide outstanding scholars, researchers, academics, and university faculty members with an opportunity to pursue advanced postdoctoral research within a dynamic and collaborative international environment.

The program is designed to promote high-quality scholarly research, strengthen international academic cooperation, and foster innovation in legal studies, criminology, criminal justice, comparative law, international law, human rights, cyber law, artificial intelligence and law, and other related disciplines. Participants will benefit from academic supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration, and opportunities to engage with an international network of researchers and institutions committed to excellence in research and higher education.

The fellowship has a maximum duration of two (2) years, providing participants with sufficient time to conduct meaningful research, prepare scholarly publications, contribute to international conferences, and develop collaborative academic projects with leading researchers and institutions worldwide.

The tuition fee for the program is USD 5,000. To encourage academic excellence and support highly qualified applicants, merit-based scholarships covering up to 50% of the tuition fee are available for eligible candidates based on academic qualifications, research achievements, and the quality of their proposed research project.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. or an equivalent doctoral degree in Law, Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a closely related discipline. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a strong academic background, an active research profile, and a well-developed research proposal that contributes to the advancement of legal scholarship and criminological research.

Successful participants will have the opportunity to conduct independent research under international academic supervision, collaborate with distinguished scholars, expand their global academic networks, publish research in reputable international journals, participate in seminars and scientific conferences, and contribute to policy-oriented and interdisciplinary research addressing contemporary legal and criminological challenges.
